What NotifyLARP Is

NotifyLARP is a web app that lets you create and schedule realistic-looking push notifications on your own device. It is intended for entertainment, pranks, content creation, and personal use.

Acceptable Use

By using NotifyLARP, you agree to:

Only send notifications to devices you own or have permission to use.
Not use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation of real emergency services, or any illegal purpose.
Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Pro Membership

Pro is a one-time purchase processed through Whop. By purchasing Pro, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pro removes the NotifyLARP watermark from notifications. No other guarantees are made.
No refunds. All sales are final. Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase.
No guarantee of perpetual service. NotifyLARP is an independently operated project. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (including Pro features) at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide refunds, credits, or continued access.
Purchasing Pro does not entitle you to future features, updates, or uptime guarantees.

Service Availability

NotifyLARP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may discontinue or change the service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyLARP and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Pro, if anything.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (notification text, uploaded icons). We do not claim rights over your content. However, you are solely responsible for the content of the notifications you create and send.

Disclaimer

NotifyLARP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Apple, Google, or any app whose notifications you may replicate. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. This is a novelty/entertainment tool.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of NotifyLARP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
